Dr. Friedhelm Bartels, president of SAMARITAN INTERNATIONAL from 2005-2010 and long-serving chairman of ASB Germany, passed away last Wednesday, the 2nd of December 2020, at the age of 73. Read more

Since they began their work in Germany in 1888, the Samaritans have been operating on a European level. The “Samaritan organisation of workers” was founded in Copenhagen on 28 June 1907 as the first organisation outside of Germany.
